You need to sign up for the subscription service at https://elts.joomla.org (it is paid support as I'm sure you were aware) and for further information see https://magazine.joomla.org/all-issues/ ... -joomla-3x. This support is provided by an independent third-party contractor.
This page says no possibility of renewal - https://www.opensourcematters.org/organ ... a-3-x.html. It was a one-off deal, ending February 2025 from the time official support for J3.10 ended in August 2023.
