I have the same issue. it just started yesterday in all 5 of my sites using Joomla 5.1.0 and i have not logged in in any of my sites for 4-days.
When i click "Unknown extensions" the first one i get this:when i click "Error on checking overrides" i see no error, all is green
when i click "Unknown request …" i get as if to make this worst. I keep receiving the following messages now on my email from each of my sites:

This may be a spoofed message. The message claims to have been sent from your account, but Gmail couldn’t verify the actual source. Avoid clicking links or replying with sensitive information, unless you are sure you actually sent this message. (No need to reset your password, the real sender does not actually have access to your account!)
