Joomla! 5.x Coding • Integrating shipping data

I've written an app to compile shipping costs for each suburb and postcode in Australia using the Border Express API. I'd ideally like to be able to code the integration of this data to Joomla. Let's say there are 4 columns in a CSV... Suburb, Postcode, State, Price. How would I get this data into Joomla? Is there and API I could use? An upload? If so do I need a specific format?

I'm a newbie to Joomla so forgive me if the answer is obvious!!
